QUALITY ASSURANCE

   HBC was the first domestic boiler maker among the same trade to obtain ISO9001 Quality System authorization Certification. A complete management system and quality assurance system have been established in HBC, and international standards cover 100% regarding utility boiler and pressure vessel.

  • 1985 License for class-Ⅲ pressure vessel design and manufacture acquired form the Ministry of Labor and Personnel.
  • 1986 Granted as National First Class Sstandardization Enterprise and National First Class Enterprise in Measurement.
  • 1987 Acquired ASME S(utility boiler),U (press vessel) and U2(stress analytical press vessel) authorization certification for design and manufacture and the stamps.
  • 1989 Appointed as National First Class Enterprise and National Super safety Enterprise, and National Quality Managemneet Reward granted.
  • 1990 License for design & manufacture of class-a boilers obtained.
  • 1994 GB/T19001-ISO9001 Quality System Authorization Certificate granted.
  • 1995 Qualification Certificate for manufacture of civil nucleaar pressure parts issued by State Nucleaar Safety Bureau.
