7 NC Three Spindle Deep Hole drilling Machine: single spindle drilling ∮13～∮45m depth<1000mm, accuracy ±0.05mm.

8 MPM Membrane Panel Production Line: for fin to bare tube fillet welding finished in one through at both sides, panel width 3.4m.

9 Self-developed Computer-controlled Boiler Serpentine Production Line: bending tubels with ∮38～∮76mm and thickness 12.7mm, bend radius R=1.5D.

10 Four Roller Plate Bender: hot bending plate with thick ness 70×width 8000mm, max thickness (width within 1m) 120mm.

11 25t weldingRotator: for automatic welding of rotary workpiece below 25t, rotating angle 10～100.

12 ∮426 Hydraulic Tube Bender: hot bending tubes with ∮219～∮426mm, bend radius R650-1700mm.

13 MIG Straight Tube Welder: welding tubes with ∮32～∮76mm and thickness 3～12.7mm, welding speed 60-200mm/min.

14 Tube to Tubeplate Welder: for automatic argon shielded arc welding of tube to tubeplate joint with tubes of ∮10～78mm.

15 Steel Plate Pretreatment Line: combined vertical feedign, blasting and drying, annual capacity 1500t.

16 Image analyzer: for micro & macro quantity analysis of metal structure.

17 X-ray Industrial TV Defect Detector: for continuous inspection of butt welds of straight tube with ∮25～∮89mm and wall thickness 3～12.7mm.

18 IPC Spectrometer: analyzing 30 more elements of metal with micro & high content

19 4-pass Eddy-current Defect Detector: for defect detection of outside & inside surface of tube with ∮10～∮89mm and wall thickness 1.5～15mm.
